How to report Bad data

Hi, currently the April 21 Gold contract intraday data is showing a repeat of Friday/Sun action. I have tried several times to delete the April data and reload, but it appears that it is bad from the server. How can we report bad data so that it gets fixed? Thanks |

There must be some other explanation for this. For there to be a problem with the data on the server is next to 0%. There definitely is not a problem with the data on the server. That would be next to impossible as we said and we do not see repeated data on the server and there has never been a case of this with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Deleting the Chart file worked. Thank you FYI apparently there were two GCJ21.scid files, one was GCJ21 and the other was GCJ21.COMEX |

Actually that is another thing. GCJ21 is no longer valid. You need to translate the symbols to the current service: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service The correct symbol is: GCJ21-COMEX You need to use the correct symbol, otherwise the chart will not update.
