Only have best bid/ best ask market depth level on price ladder

Dear Sir/Madam, I am unable to see the market depth levels for the following contract FGBLH21-EUREX. On all other products belonging to eurex I can see several market depth levels however this is not possible on the FGBL contract. Below is the message log I receive when trying to change the market depth levels on my price ladder. Any help would be useful. You should have all of the market depth levels 200+ for EUREX.
