Using the Live Data Feed from Sierra

Hello, I was just getting my account set up with AMP/TT when the whole flurry of issues hit... Problem is, I can't set up my live Denali data feed as a non-professional without an active trading service. Is there any way to activate the live Denali data feed on my account to use Sierra Charts for -- just charting? This is while I wait for all of the issues to be resolved with AMP/TT... Thanks |

The first, and best option would be to go ahead and have AMP set you up for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service using TT. Then, even though you are not trading through it, your account will still be recognized as valid, as our connections to TT are up and running, therefore you will qualify for the lower priced Non-Professional exchange fees. Of course, this also depends on AMP being willing to do the setup right now. We do not know their stance on this. --------------- Another option, if you have not used the Denali Exchange Data Feed in the past, is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed as a Professional for the remainder of the month in which you activate it, as both the Data Feed and the Exchange Fee are free for this first period. You just fill out the Exchange Agreements as a Professional and activate the Professional exchange, and then when you get your trading account re-do the Agreements to be a Non-Professional and change your exchange selections. You just have to make sure that you get the timing right for the changeover, where you deactivate the Professional exchange before the end of the month (whenever you select the Deactivate button for the exchange, you will continue to receive the data through the remainder of the month, this is just setting the exchange to NOT automatically renew) and then activating the new exchange on the first of the next month.
