historical daily chart close

attached pic of daily FDAX historical chart. It shows the close yesterday at the 9713 which is close to the 17.30h close of german stock market but it is far from the real close at 22.00.

Am I wrong to think that the historical chart always takes full session and only a intraday chart set to 1-0-0 with day session times set up will show a daily chart for daysession only.

Data is AMP/TTnet, and I think historical figures come from SC hist data?

I guess this is then the reason below.
Is there any other way of getting the "real" close than making a intraday chart with 1-0-0 (causing much more data)?
