Hi I am new here. Really need to get chartbooks that i installed on sierra to work. I subscribed to get these chartbooks and only one is working. I followed all the steps accordingly. files are on cht and were placed on sierra data. They appear there but when i open the sierra charts it will now show on chartbooks. Please help |

We need to know what exactly you are doing and what you are seeing. We understand that you have received some Chartbooks and have put them in the Data directory for your Sierra Chart installation. Are you not able to see these chartbooks when you select File >> Open Chartbook? Or can you select them, but then do not get any data? Or is it something else? Make sure the symbols are set correctly by using this Edit menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service And also in order to see all of the chart windows, open the Chartbook and then select Window >> Cascade. i did the edit translate symbols already. the problem is that the chartbooks are in the data but not showing in the sierra once i open file> open chart book and this is where all the chartbooks should be but they are not. if from that window where it shows the chart books i click on folder then go on c drive > sierra > data then they are there but unable to open them and make them appear on chartbooks or do anything with them
