Hello, I have SCH Advanced and MBO + Denali Exchange Data Feed but the the graph itself shows olny the graph itself, but the price does not move in any way? In addition, the graph shows "Delayed data" - do you know where the problem may be? Is it necessary to link SCH with a live account with Interactive Brokers? If so, how to do it please? Thank you. Even though you selected Package 12, you still need to go through the Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions in order to get everything completed and setup (including activating exchanges) prior to being able to get live data.
