Hello, I'm on the free trial of the Sierra chart, however I can't see any numbers on the ladder/DOM. I've attached screenshots. Thankyou |

Those are the incorrect symbols. Those symbols are used when you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. It looks like you got this chartbook from someone else, which would explain why you have those symbols. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to take care of the issue. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
