We do not understand your request. This is exactly how it currently works. The Countdown timer stays in a fixed position on your screen and does not move when scroll through the bars. The only time this is not true is if you have the option for Use Current Price as Vertical Position set to Yes. That's correct. I just realized you had to reload the study (Hide>Unhide or Load Saved) for the adjustment to show.
