Hey there, I trade a variety of different assets, and currently use the quote board to switch between symbols on my charts to streamline the process. It works great for switching the DOM to different symbols, however, I was wondering if it is at all possible to link the Symbol with its relative micro contract. I trade the micros on most every symbol, but watch the big brother contract for orderflow, if that makes sense. So far, I can only figure out how to make the quote board just change the symbol, and not the trade and qurrent quote symbol (Use as trade only symbol). I really don't need to be entering in orders for MES when looking at GC. Ha! Thanks, is this something I need to set a seperate quote board up for? Side note - how do I hide menu and hide title bar for the quote boards? I've got quite a few on my screen for internals, different symbols, etc, and I feel it just takes up a lot of valuable realestate. Thank you! |

Refer to the Trade and Quote Symbol symbol setting in this section: Global Symbol Settings: Symbol Settings There aren't any provisions to hide the Title Bar for the Quote Boards. At this point we are not doing any more work with the existing Microsoft-based windows. You can see some of the work we are doing with the new windows with the current Settings windows (Global Settings >> Tool Settings, for example). This is something that we will look into when we are working on these new windows, but not before. I'm looking for this same feature regarding the trade-only symbol. I sometimes trade ES, sometimes MES. But when I trade MES I am always watching ES for order flow. But since symbol linking appears to ignore the trade-only symbol, it's easy to accidentally end up in situations where some charts are showing ES, and some are showing MES. Obviously this is not ideal. Ideally symbol linking would just honor the trade & quote symbol field and the trade only symbol checkbox. Is this something that could be added? I think it would be extremely helpful to those who trade micro and mini contracts at different times.
