I have package 5 with you, and just signed up for Amp broker and CBOT package yesterday. But now when I sign in with the new AC137870 account, and turn Live trading on, my Chartbook windows still show ESH21-CME as delayed? How can I get live quotes to do trading with Amp.

You are not currently signed up to receive data for the CBOT. In fact, you do not have any of the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup done. Additionally, your account is not setup to pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed through AMP. If you are wanting to pay for your Sierra Chart fees through AMP, then you need to let them know this and they will then update your account and you can move forward from there.
