Bids/offers missing on DOM for BUXL

I am currently using SC v2229 with an active real-time Eurex data feed. I am not able to see the bids and offers on the chart DOM for the symbol BUXL. I am able to see the trades that have taken place at the bids and asks but not the bids and asks themselves. I do not have this issue with any of the other symbols that I checked such as Bund, Bobl, Schatz, Dax, FESX etc. I have attached an image of the main window showing the BUXL, Bund & Dax DOMS side by side showing the difference.
