You have not yet connected to your Trading Service in order to validate that you have one to meet the CME Group rules for Non-Professionals. It looks like you are wanting to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. Good morning Guys, Last tuesday I had a services balance for a total sum of $211 and today I dont have data feed and sierra is asking me to add more money to pay for data feed. How is it possible to be with sierra for two months and a balance of $211 last tuesday doesn't cover for the services that you provide (platform, data feed and routing)? The system is telling me I only have a balance of $12.80 and is requesting me to add more funds. Would you be so king as to sort this issue for me please? I will make the payment for $46 you are requesting but I would like to understnad what the issue is as well as where did the $211 have gone. Kind regards, Antonio |

Kind regards, Antonio I have just checked my bank account transaction history and it shows a payment made to SIERRA CHART SHERIDAN WY on March 23 for $136 as well as another payment made to SIERRA CHART SHERIDAN WY on March 31 for $75. None of this payments show under the Account transaction Log history. I cant understand where the funds are going since the money has been debited from my account to Sierra yet it doesnt even show in the Account transaction Log. Kind regards, Antonio |
