data subscription: Denali SC Advanced Package On the same machine: SC Instance 1 SC version: 2227 SC Data Feed: SC Data All Services was receiving EUREX FOB today until about 15:00 GMT SC Instance 2 SC Version: 2226 SC Data Feed: SC Order Routing ====----- Stopped receiving EUREX EOBI on Instance 1 at around 15:00 GMT. Coincidently at about the same time i upgraded Instance 2 to 2227 and from there also tried to subscribe to a Eurex symbol so i can execute trades. I then downgraded Instance 2 to 2226 but Instance 1 did NOT resume EUREX EOBI FOB - in fact not only that there is no FOB, but also no market depth at all and not even time and sales ie no any data whatsoever Check whether something got confused about my subscriptions etc (considering teh above scenario with the upgrade and then downgrade) in your market data feed system |
