Also, using OEC and SC in SIM mode (luckily - or in this case, unfortunately!) I just had the following trade execute (this happened in the background and I did not place this trade): Symbol Trade Type Entry DateTime Exit DateTime Avg Entry Price Avg Exit Price Entry Quantity Exit Quantity Max Open Quantity Profit/Loss Cum P/L Runup Drawdown Max Open Profit Max Open Loss Entry Efficiency Exit Efficiency Total Efficiency Commission [Sim]ESH4 Short 2014-02-25 07:12:24 14945.00 1 0 1 0.00 9373.75 655087.50 0.00 655087.50 0.00 100.00% 0.00% 0.00% 0.00 Can you explain this, please? How am I to ever feel confident using SC and OEC if stuff like this happens all the time? If you cannot get SC to work, then I would please like a refund of my subscription. And I wil move on and continue to use Multicharts. Regards, Sierra Chart Support |

This must have been the result of an order that you have submitted but the fill price does not look correct. Sierra Chart is not going to create simulated fills for no reason. There must be a working simulated order. If there is inaccurate pricing data, this is due to the problem of where we do not have proper data feed specifications from OEC. We have told OEC about this repeatedly. Because of this problem there have been some issues with incorrect pricing. So if you do not wish to use Sierra Chart with other supported Trading services other than OEC, then you can just go ahead and use another program. At this point, OEC does not want to talk to us directly about the issue . So we do not know when it is going to get resolved.
