Hi all! Since this morning, I'm getting an error message when opening the DAX futures (DAX-2021030DTB-EUR-25): "Download failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for DAX-202103-DTB-EUR-25. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: eurex / Username: Bertram The" No chart will then display. Hopefully you guys can help me out? Restart Sierra Chart, and make sure the symbols are set correctly for the service by using this Edit menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Let us know if this resolves the issue.
