My chart with the TICK symbol is not plotting. I followed the instructions on going to find symbol and then market stats and then selected The $TICK symbol. The chart will not update. I use Rithmic as my executable feed with Sierra Chart Data as my historical. How can I get my TICK chart to run Thanks |

Update the symbol settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings Then open a new Chart by selecting File >> Find Symbol. Sierra Chart Support |

Thanks for the link but I have followed the rules and I have no data. I am on version 1097, I went to file find symbol market statistics and selected first the symbol $TICK/NYSE TICK (SC) I am receiving no data for this. I then repeated the process and selected the other symbol TICK-NYSE/NYSE TICK (also I do not know which symbol to use) and received no data with the following error message:Currently no data in file to display. Ok thanks a lot! That worked when I reset my symbols and used the TICK-NYSE/NYSE TICK and now I am getting the data. Thanks |

Not sure why you would have to reset the symbol settings. Only a restart of Sierra Chart or a manual update of the symbol settings was necessary.
