how do users subscribe to live us stocks? I enabled my sierra data feed but that shows delayed quotes. Jayshwin |

You need to select the exchanges for which you want the Real-Time data. In the case of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the U.S. Stocks, you would enable the U.S. Equities exchange. You can activate the exchange on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Exchanges Note that you also have not done the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are paying for that data feed with the package you selected, therefore we recommend that you finish that up in order to get the Real-Time data from the CME Group. I am trying to subscribe to real time data for US stocks only. I've been through all the prompts yet the account does not activate. How can I activate the account to show US stocks to import volume data into the charts?

At this time we can see that you do have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active with the US Equities exchange. So you are all set. To be sure you have access, restart Sierra Chart.
