First, select the Sierra Chart package that you want. Since you want data from the CME, we recommend using Package 10, 11, or 12. hi, I can see that after the payment I did'I can see only the delayed data !!! i was sure that i will be able to see the real time data !!! what should i do in order to see the real time data in the es (futures ) ? how much it cost ? and how to do it? I am a nonprofessional trader , I have an account in Interactive brokers and I would like to have the real time data from your system without connection to Interactive brokers Pls advise thanks noam ziv |

You need to follow the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have done part of it by changing your package, but there is more to be done, including selecting an exchange, which will have an additional fee.
