The image you posted is not showing any data delay for that spread. So we are not sure what the issue is/was. In general, you would get the word DELAYED and the value after "DD:" (in the Chart Header) will be around 10 minutes, if you are getting the delayed streaming data for the CME Group. You should not have this happen, as you are subscribed to the Full CME Group data.
