Confused w/ the real time agreements

Hello, I'm getting real time data, I just signed the Non-Professional Agreement. In my account I signed up for the service package w/ no trading account. I'm paying $62 a month for CME E-mini data subscription. I'm confused about the other document for real-time data. Since I don't have a funded trading account I cannot complete that form. I've a AMP trading account but I've a zero balance. |

Since you are accessing the Professional exchange and you do not have a funded account, you need to do the following: - Uniform Subscriber Agreement: Leave the fields regarding the broker/fcm blank. - CME Non-Professional Agreement: Select the option for "I *do not qualify* as a NonProfessional". Please fill out the forms using the above and then you will get processed and tagged as "Professional" with regards to the CME Group of Exchanges. Should your situation change (you fund your AMP account, or other means of having a futures trading account), then you will need to redo the forms again, but then in the opposite way from above. Also, given the cost difference between the Professional and Non-Professional exchange fees, you really should consider putting a few hundred dollars into your AMP account just to qualify as a Non-Professional. There is no need to be giving that money to the exchange.
