creating new chart / Opening chart book

I wrote you last week about not being able to open my chartbooks. You indicated there might be no chart in the book. Fine. I have been trying to create new chart and I am having similar problem. I highlight Stocks place symbol in selector window, click on open historical or intraday chart and a chart does not come up. When I hit trading dome it comes up readily. What could be the problem? I have achieved all of this before. |
