Hello when I get to deactivate my services I get this any help here to deactivate my previous services? I have attached an uploaded file as well |

Are you trying to Activate or Deactivate your services? In the image you provided it shows you are trying to Activate an exchange without having the Data Feed activated first. As to deactivation, we see that the Denali Exchange Data Feed is fully deactivated for your account, so there is nothing else you need to to related to deactivation.
