1-min gaps in SC CME Datafeed

Hi, guys. Today I noticed the datafeed stopping for 1 min at 12:15 EST, after which the gap in data appeared on all CME futures. I tried to redownload historical data (Edit/Download Data - Intraday chart), but historical data still contained the gap. I saw a similar gap around a week ago, but thought it was just a minor glitch. I prob would not be able to find this day again. Some screens, showing the data missing on 3 futures (PST Time): |

We do see this and we are looking into why it happened. Basically though it was an interruption in network connectivity for the CME multicast feed and we are not sure why that happened.
