What the .....? One hour trying to configure live/intraday SC data for CL

I could see Cl using my IB data feed but subscribed to SC's data feed, completed agreements, turned on service....etc. Followed guide and nothing. I cannot even find CL in the File, Find Symbol command. Completely frustrated. Please advise ASAP. Earl |

You have the wrong Service selected in Sierra Chart. If you have a trading account with Interactive Brokers, therefore you must select Interactive Brokers.
