I apologize, upfront, for naive query. I am fairly new to market profile. Never used specialized software like SierraCharts - my best being charting on ThinkorSwim. I signed up via AMP, had (and still have) trouble understanding data feeds (got dinged on fees for multiple feeds at same time). I am currently happy with CQG Web API (I don't need footprint data) but they don't have data for stocks. I have been fortunate to be able to start using SC data for stocks but not sure if I will have on going access to it under package 5 (I am getting popup message at startup to contrary). I keep reading of your data feed, fees and such; At this point, I have more confidence in you than anyone else. What I want is what CQG web API provides on /ES and similar data on stocks; preferably with least number of parties involved. Please can I get whole package (SC subscription, datafeeds and broker services) from you? Do I still keep AMP account? What will be the monthly charges and transaction fees? Yes, you can get the entire package from us and you can continue to use AMP. The one thing we would want to know before we point you at the steps to take, is whether you want to continue to use CQG for your trading service, or if you would want to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service? John So far here is what I understand. 1. Sierra Chart - charting/order entry platform (- flat monthly fee) 2. CQG/SC Data - Datafeeds (SC has futures as well as stocks unlike CQG) (- flat monthly fee) 3. Order routing service - usually provided by feed provider(?) (- per transaction cost?) 4. Broker - who actually maintains my account. (- additional per transaction cost?) You can do first 3 functions(?) and on 4, I need to have my own broker(?) If my understanding is correct, I would prefer to have 1-3 through you (ideally 4 as well if it's possible; I don't have any particular attachment to AMP. Trade stocks as well as futures - will save me hassle if I can do it all through Sierra Charts). Sri |

Your account is already setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. Therefore, the only thing you need to do is to add the Denali Exchange Data Feed (which you had active, but it expired on January 31, 2021). And then you will be getting everything you can through us (Platform, Data, Order Routing). You do need to have your own broker, we do not offer brokerage services. And given your current setup, we would recommend just staying with AMP. Additionally, right now you are paying for your Sierra Chart software through AMP, but your Denali Exchange Data Feed (when activated) along with your Order Routing Fees are setup to be paid to us (Sierra Chart). You can have those billed through your AMP account if you like. You just need to let AMP know to make those changes for you.
