I would like to study the relationship between the futures and spot markets. I can only access delayed futures data and realtime forex data. Can I somehow delay the forex data feed, so that the futures and spot markets are aligned and are consistent regarding timestamps.

Sorry, but what you want to do is not available. But, you can use the Replay feature to have your charts in sync and do your testing that way.
