The above instruction is to Install SierraCharts again. (I have stopped my antivirus/anti-malware software.) What specific files do I install that will add back the missing SierraChartStudies_64.dll? |

Hi there I am the same problem and have ran through the troubleshooting, turning off all antivirus/anti-malware software, re-downloaded the updated version but my files are still failing to download. I have attached a screenshot of the error messages Thank you |

There is some issue with the particular installation path you have selected. It is not being recognized by the operating system. Or there is some problem with the installer processing it. It is hard to tell because we do not have the complete log in a text format.
