Urgent message. V.2222 and V.2159 Data Downloading. Possible Data Server issue

Dear Support

Today I have noticed my charts were not being updated and the Downloading Historical Bars / updating / full recalculating messages appeared (V.2222).

Unlike V.2222; V.2159 log had messages relating to "Received Security definitions" and "Service code: fxcm" etc?

Is there a data issue with fxcm or is this related to something else (SC data server) as many of my intraday charts were behind several bars.

I am now seeing all charts displaying Waiting For Historical data etc. etc.

No there is no data issue at all from our side. The FXCM market data feed is working properly. You must be experiencing some local network connectivity problem.

I don't think that's the issue. I'm receiving a lot of data downloading, updating and some errors I've not noticed before.

In addition SC is downloading Morningstar Data although all loaded charts use FXCM.

Please see attached but note I have only included a EURUSD snapshot an error.
