i have sc futures order routing/data and the box "allow support for sierra chart data feeds" is checked, but when i load stocks. the chart doesnt update and only updates when i delete and download data

You are not getting Real-Time data for stocks because you are not paying for the Real-Time data for stocks. In order to get Real-Time stock data, you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange. You can get historical data for stocks, that updates every 20 minutes at most and the data itself will be 10 to 15 minutes behind the actual market. This is included with your Sierra Chart package. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service The Denali Exchange Data Feed gives you the Real-Time data from the CME Group. Again, if you want to have real-time data for U.S. Equities, you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
