Hello, I wanted te re-install sierra chart. I use G data as virus controller. I got the folowing message: Virus: Gen:Variant.Mikey.118436 (Engine A) Bestand: SierraChartStudies_64.dll Map: C:\SierraChart\DownloadedInstallationFiles Proces: SierraChartFileDownloader.exe The program has been installed ( curent version) but is missing the .dll. We are getting this report a lot. There is not a virus in our file, it is a false positive. You need to go into your Anti-Virus software and create an exception for the file SierraChartStudies_64.dll and then reinstall the software again to install that file again. i also had this problem with Bitdefender total security Variant.Mikey.118436 it removed all my studies except volume profile from the screen but not permeantly deleted from my studies i follow S.C staff recommendations and all is well again |
