When updating GC from version 2120, core indicators not working

I currently have GC version 2120. When I try to update to current version, which I think is now 2222, my core indicators are not available anymore. So I went back to 2120. I basically wanted to update because of the technical fix of the charts processing at faster speeds and charts not consuming lots of memory fix (version 2187, and I think 2204 and higher). I also tried specific versions to update but the issue remains. So, how can I have my core indicators to work on the updated GC version? My core indicators selection are under the 'Analysis' menu on top of GC.

The issue you are seeing is related to changes for Millisecond Timestamping that was done in version 2155. You will need updated versions of the studies in order to use any version greater than 2155. When you say "Yes the custom indicators you use need to be compiled for recent versions of Sierra Chart" how do I do this specifically in steps? How do I compile my custom indicators to the recent versions of sierra chart?

It sounds like you are referencing indicators that have been created by GreenChart. In which case, you need to ask GreenChart about whether they have already done the work to update the indicators for the recent versions.

They should be in the same place as they were previously. There should not be any difference in how you use them. In general, this would be by selecting Analysis >> Studies and then selecting the Add Custom Study button and selecting the study you want from there. Yes, GC updated the indicators for the recent versions. I just don't know where to find the indicators on the updated versions of sierra chart? If they provided them to us, then they will be automatically received into your installation of Sierra Chart when you start Sierra Chart.
