I started up this morning and I no longer have my open positions on my charts. I look in my trading panel and it shows that I have these positions but I cannot get them to show up on my chart. Version 2217 is where the trades were placed and opened yesterday and same version this morning and no Open positions on the chart. Also, any Daily P/L calculations or studies are not working. |

Yes... I see them in Trade Positions, I see them in Trade Activity. Trade Positions does not update though. Avg Price, P/l etc. I have looked at my settings in Trade tab and it is set to Show Orders and Positions. I have the P/L Study on the chart and it does not show any Open or Daily P/L. No issues yesterday. Closed software and shut down computer last evening, opened this AM and nothing. |

I am fully setup according to your outlines and I made no changes from one day to the next! I have reviewed the trade set up... I can place an order and that line is there and shows. The only line not showing up NOW, is the Open Position Line. SC v.2117 - Been on this since it was released. Next Steps? |

Ok, I have isolated the issue down to this: If the trades were open prior to settlement on 01/20/2021 the Open Position Line and any Daily or Open P/L calculations are not working. If the trade is placed today and open the Open positions nd P/L functions are working. |

Make sure this setting is enabled: Chart Settings: Filter Initial Fills Which Are Part of Existing Position (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) And then check this setting: Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) Make sure it is set far enough back in time. Or just set it to 0 and see if that resolves the issue. Hi, I can no longer see the buy price line in the chart and the P/L. In the trade window for Pos Qty@Price it says 100@0.00E. The position is showing in the trade positions window. This is for almost all my charts except one. |

Refer to the information here: Trading Information Windows: How Average Price for Positions Is Calculated and Used You do not want to use the external trading service provided average price which is not supported with Interactive Brokers. You will want to use: Use First In First Out Fill Matching for Open Position Average Price And make sure the chart is set to load sufficient number of order fills.
