I have added IQ feed as one of my data providers. Im experiencing this weird occurrence where my intraday data is only loading back 1 week. I keep finagling with it and occasionally I can get it back to what I require, but it is missing bid and ask volume when I delete all data and download. Most of the time when I try to increase the data file range, it just reverts immediately back to 2021-01-11->current day. What am I doing wrong? The chart itself stops at that beginning date I wrote down, and I can't even scroll past that. I'm trying to export this data for back testing, but obviously a few days... doesn't get anywhere close. I'm looking for ten years of data. Please assist, I have done my best to follow the provided links to remedying this in your support docs. |
