Sell stop orders are being converted to stop limit orders

Starting on 1/19/2021, I noticed my sell stop orders when using server side bracket and server side OCO are immediately converted to stop limit orders on order entry. This does not seem to occur with buy stops. I have tried adjusting the stop limit offset, which works if using a stop limit order but does not have an effect on this error. The platform consistently creates a stop limit offset of 3 EX points when I enter a standard stop order.

I have attached an image that shows my order entry screen.

Thank you for your assistance with this.

I have been using buy and sell stops and flatten-and-cancel from the Chart Trade Window. Those are the only items I need in the window. With 11 items to choose from and a very short timeframe, picking the order I need has been too slow and too error-prone. I therefore went to Chart Trade Settings - Global and unclicked all items under Display Trade Window Controls except those three. So I thought. Instead, I now have market orders--exactly what I don't want--both in this window and in the Trade Window for Chart, and stop orders have disappeared from the Chart Trade Settings - Global > Display Trade Window Controls. It seems I now have no access to stop orders. How do I get them back and configure the Chart Trade Window as needed?

Thanks.

This was never the case:
and stop orders have disappeared from the Chart Trade Settings - Global > Display Trade Window Controls.

Maybe you are thinking of the Chart DOM settings:

It is conceivable, I guess, but somehow the changes were applied to the Chart Trade Window despite that. Forensics don't much interest me, save to ensure I do not make the same mistake again.

My immediate problem is that the Chart Trade Window now contains only Buy Market, Sell Market, and Flatten and Cancel, not the stop orders I wanted. I can enter stop orders only from the DOM. That accomplishes what I need, but functions are still missing. How do I restore stop orders to the Chart Trade Window and use only stop orders there? (And Flatten and Cancel.)

Also, could you please point me to the manual page where it says how to add a margin at the top and bottom of the chart? Don't have one now, so I can't enter stop orders above or below the price when it's the highest or lowest in the visible window. (This has cost me three trades worth about 25 NQ points total in the last half-hour. Grrr.) I know the page is there somewhere, but now that I need it....

Non-random thoughts:

I need a Cancel All button on the control bar. COASAA works, but what if I want to cancel orders on ES without affecting orders on 6B and CL? Scrabbling for that little button on the Trade Window for Chart costs me ticks when things are moving fast.

I would love to put Buy Stop and Sell Stop buttons on the control bar: Click the button, then click the price where I want the order. Again, this would be helpful when the price is changing quickly.

Many thanks.

The buttons on the Trade Window have not changed. There has never been a button for Stop orders.

What you need to do is select the type of order you want in the Order Type field, then select the Buy or Sell buttons at the bottom of the page. Refer to the information here:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> Order Type

-----------------

With regards to adding margin to the chart, just adjust the scaling by setting the Interactive Scale Mode to Interactive Scale Range and then moving your pointer down in the Price Scale to increase the displayed range (shrink the bars). Refer to the information here:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Interactive Scale Range - Expand/Compress Scale

You may also be thinking of the Padding Value for the Chart Scale. Refer to the information here:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Scale Padding Percentage (Scale Settings)
