Hi Support team, I just created a new sierra account to try out a charting extension that was recommended to me and I need to have package 5 installed to use it. Would it be possible to have a trial of package 5? Thank you for your support. |

With regards to post #3: You are currently on a Trial until December 24, 2021. The Sierra Chart trial gives you access at the Package 5 level. Therefore, there is nothing we need to do for your account - you already have the necessary access.
