Today I can't get more days to appear on different charts I put picture Dax and Market Profile Bund I have tried several times to Edit / Dellete and download all data .. but the problem remains Tell me what I can do ? --- A |

Hi John, I use CQG.(Sierra Version 2207/64bit) So if I didn't get it wrong: CQG (effective December 27, 2020): Historical Daily and historical Intraday data will exclusively come from CQG. When using CQG data, there will be 5 days of tick by tick data and 1 Minute data for the prior time period and for current contracts only. So to have tick by tick data beyond 5 days, what should I do ???? A. |

Our recommendation, as stated in that post, is to use the Sierra Chart Data Feeds. For the CME data, you would use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and for the EUREX, you would use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. In general, refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart Note that we are implementing a new EUREX connection which will be part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and should be available in late January, 2021. If you can wait for the EUREX data, then you would only need to deal with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But in any case, we will take care of getting you switched as appropriate.
