Dear Team, I am interested to test you platform and see what can I get in term of value out of it. For this I have paid for Advanced pack 36 USD and Market data USD 25 plus USD 3.25 non-professional services with the simple thought that I will be able to simply have access to stocks intraday real-time data. I do have an interactive brokers account but with 0 balance and no market data paid. Now by reading through your very long chain of information I understand actually that with all the payments I've made I cannot simply have access to real-time data. If that is correct, what I just previously said, than as a first time client, it's hard to comprehend how I actually paid approx. USD 64 and I simply cannot have access to real time data. What I have discovered is that I need to pay access to market data to Interactive Brokers so I can access real time data in Sierra Chart. Please, please let me know as it's hard for me to comprehend that I paid USD 64 and I cannot access real time data. I might be wrong. Kind regards |

You should not have activated the nonprofessional exchange when there were multiple warnings given.
