CFD FXM Charts not updating

The data on my BTCUSD and ETHUSD charts is not working. The data is not updating. It is frozen on all BTCUSD and ETHUSD time frames. All my other charts work but the CFD FXM ones. I tried deleting and redownloading all data for the 2 pairs. It still doesn't work.

It appears that FXCM is not transmitting the data. Our recommendation is to use the BitMex data for XBTUSD-BMEX. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
