Hello, I have installed Sierra Chart on my new computer. I am noticing an error when I pull up Sierra Chart's Global Setting or Trade Settings> Chart Trade Settings. Instead of seeing the normal screen my screen appears as a black screen with Yes and No columns. I am not sure if there is any other errors occurring or if something has gone wrong during the install or if there is something about my computer causing it. Regardless I am not getting the general tick boxes that I should be seeing and some options are missing. Please see the attached file. Please let me know how this can be fixed. Thanks, |

That is one of the new dialog windows that we are working on. You will see them showing up in more and more places as we go through the process of changing out the old windows with these new ones. Therefore, what you are seeing is perfectly normal.
