Sierra Charts Hanging Again

Folks, Are you guys against providing phone support to someone who has tried all the steps provided in prior forms but still facing hanging issues? Do you think it is a ridiculous idea given that, i am willing to pay for the phone support but i still dont get the required level of support, but in turn is seriously affecting my trading?

Please understand, we have provided remote assistance support for you in the past many times and cannot be making ourselves available on demand even for an additional cost because it does take away time from our development.

We really do not like to get into the middle of set ups that users have created with Sierra Chart and debugging performance issues with them. The first thing we recommend you do is run Sierra Chart in safe mode:

If you still have a problem after that, provide your Chartbook and we will test it on our side and see what obvious problems we can find:
