Last week upgraded from v1941 32-bit to v2207 64-bit using IB data feed.

Today updated symbol from MES-202012-GLOBEX to MES-202103-GLOBEX on my charts and DoM. Although I received message "Symbol settings not found for the current service", the symbol did appear in both chart and DoM windows. Based on reading other Support threads, typically this message can be safely ignored.

However, I am having issues with both "Show Order Fills" and "Show Orders & Positions" for only the MES symbol, which is the micro E-mini future.
(1) Despite all my trades showing up in SC "Trade Activity Log", the most recent trades do not appear on any MES chart (1 min, 5 min, etc).
(2) When I place a new limit order for MES, it does NOT appear on any of my MES charts (1 min, 5 min, etc). I have double checked that both the relevant selections in the Trade menu are checked for each individual MES chart.

I had an issue earlier this morning with MES that might be related. Less than 30 seconds after an order filled, the open position would disappear from the DoM. Although the fill was visible on the chart, the line that showed current position and PL on the chart did NOT appear. When I tried to use the "Flatten" button in the DoM, the Trade Service Log showed an error that no position existed in the MES symbol. However, this was not accurate as I confirmed an open position on my IB TWS. I tried to resolve the issue by deleting the current DoM window, creating a new DoM window for MES, saving the Chartbook, closing SC, and closing IB.

After re-starting IB & SC, the DoM for MES works as my order fill stays visible and PL updates as long as the position is open. However, nothing (no orders, no order fills, no open position with PL) appear on the charts in both Live and Simulated Modes for MES. Please note this issue only affects MES as the charts correctly show position, PL and fills for other symbols such as SPY and ES. Many thanks in advance for your help.

First, you really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for a proper data feed when using Interactive Brokers. This is definitively going to be the case in January. Documentation:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

This symbol is not correct:
MES-202103-GLOBEX

This is the source of all of the problems.

For the correct symbol go to File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-CME.
