Is there a way to configure numbers bars to replicate what OFA and now MarketDelta are featuring? (e.g. compare volume diagonally and highlight outsized vol) Example here: http://www.marketdelta.com/blog/2013/07/footprint-chart/new-footprint-type-delta-imbalance/ |

This is available in the latest Sierra Chart version. For the Text and Background Coloring Methods, there is Diagonal Dominant Side which does what you are looking for. Refer to the documentation here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_NumbersBars.php#TextColoring There are some additional updates to the documentation which we need to do, to document the latest functionality. Thanks! This is one of the more complex but powerful features in SC - I think it would help if admin (or users) could post a number of templates or chartbooks that illustrate the capabilities fully.

Thanks for putting in this great feature. I do think some updated documentation would be nice. Particularly relating to Imbalance thresholds. eg Setting a colour when Ask Volume is 200% of Bid Volume etc Cheers |

Hello, is it possible for you to add 1 or 2 options in colomn color ? Because the maximum % is 76-100%, i would like 200-400%....100% is not enough to see real imbalance between the bid and the ask Thanks |

We have reviewed the Market Delta documentation. This capability is fully supported in Sierra Chart and is known as a Numbers Bars Diagonal Dominant Side coloring. "Diagonal" will be the new term to describe it since it is a very intuitive way to understand rather than the term "auction". Here are the step-by-step instructions to use this feature: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_NumbersBars.php#DiagonalComparison The percentages can be changed. So you can program any percentage comparisons that you require. The documentation refers to version 1114 terminology. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.
