Loading intraday data for a date range

I am trying to load ES intraday data for a specific date range (2020-10-01 to 2020-10-30). However, the To field is always greyed no matter what I do. When I set the Numbers of Days to Load, the last several months are loaded to the current date. Also, when I change the Start date, it gets reset to what it was before (what is in the data file, I guess). I have gone through the Chart Settings help (https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html&CAID=default), and cannot figure out how to make it work. Thanks |
