For US equities some symbols like AAPL are not downloading data. Chart says 'waiting to download historical data'. This seems to only be affecting sub-instances. On version 2208. Thanks

Follow these instructions to get us the Message Log from the Sub-Instance.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I can confirm that US equity data has been really slow to download all morning, even in the main instance. Daily charts especially are seemingly taking forever. Config is the same as yesterday when this didn't happen.

The issue seems to have resolved itself. I believe it was the barchart data feed/server issue you mentioned.

It was a Barchart server issue. That is definitive.
