Good day,
today I was entering several trading orders on GC and from a certain point I could only enter short trades and not long. I also read in the report that I did not have a signed "arbitration agreemnt" (see appendix). Can you please send me a link where I can't find this document so I can sign it? I assume that this problem will be solved then and I will be able to enter more trade orders at the same time. It is so? Thank you and best regards, Petr Zdráhal

Those messages are from Interactive Brokers. You need to ask them about this.
