Hello. This happened overnight all of a sudden. The chart trade labels are mixed up, showing Sells in the color of Buys and showing P/L where previously it didn't. As far as I can tell, the trades are correct, it's just the info displayed on the chart that got wonky. Here's the image: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1607512606558.png . I'm using a simple 2 contract strategy where I sell 2, buy 1 at a target, move to BE and leave the other contract to run. So the indicators should show 2 sells, then a buy, then another buy with P/L (or 2 simultaneous buys in case of stop out). That's how it was working fine until yesterday. Anything I'm missing?

Thanks for the info, but let me explain why I think this isn't normal behavior. I've been using SC for months, first with Trading Simulation, then with the Trading Evaluator, and then finally with the live SC Order Routing and Denali data feed. In all three scenarios, the order fill indicators were always the same. I haven't changed any configuration options, and since yesterday the indicators changed dramatically. Even fill indicators from the past are now changed to this new behavior. This is why I think something's not right. If it's a configuration issue, why did it work consistently for months and only now has it changed?

The documentation explains the steps to resolve this. And part of that is to see if there are any missing order fills.

Make sure this is enabled:
Chart Settings: Filter Initial Fills Which Are Part of Existing Position (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

And clear both of these Date-Time settings:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

Let us know if the problem is resolved.

This is interesting. The "Filter Initial Fills..." setting is enabled, and the "Order Fills Start..." date and time fields were blank, as recommended. I followed the steps to clear recent trade fill entries in the Trade Activity Log; deleting the trades for this month, and then re-connecting to the data feed to retrieve the fills again. But still the same result. I re-loaded and re-calculated the chart, but still the same. Then I set the "Order Fills Start Date" field to 2020-12-01 and all the indicators were instantly fixed! If I clear the field, the indicators go back to the weird behavior. I tried different dates to see if maybe it's the missing Order Fill problem in some specific date, but no matter what date I put in the field (I even put 200-01-01 to go way back) the problem is fixed. So to summarize, if the "Order Fills Start Date" field is set to any date, the problem goes away; on the other hand if this field is empty, the problem returns. Hope this helps in investigating this, although with this workaround, I consider the "problem" solved in my case.

There is nothing wrong on the Sierra Chart side. There is nothing we need to resolve. There may be a missing fill or perhaps there could be a fill that does not have the correct position quantity with it.

The solution is to adjust Order Fills Start Date-Time to beyond a date and time where there is a problem with fills.
