I have had 3 emails back and forth with AMP support and I still don't know for sure what my total fees will be connected through them. They just don't give a direct answer to a direct question. After 3 emails I think the fees will be 3.25 for nonpro top of the book, no depth, 20 for the feed connection and the one question they won't answer is if I clear through Sierra, what is the monthly cost? I am sorry to bother you, but can you answer that question for me.

We assume you are referring to the monthly cost for the Sierra Chart software. AMP does not charge anything for Package 3 of Sierra Chart, and they charge $25.00 (or $26.00) USD per month for Package 5. No, I am referring to a clearing or connection charge. The documentation at one point talked about a $25 charge for the feed. I think the clearing charge is the $.10 per side fee, but I am not sure. Also, I know that the fee I pay AMP for the software is a separate charge. So, I guess the fees are $20 monthly for the feed, $3.25 monthly for nonpro live data without depth to CME and $.10 clearing per side per trade. If so, do I sign up through AMP as I do the software? Thank you for the help, I don't know why this wasn't clear for me.

Yes, the Order Routing Fee when using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service is $0.10 per side. There are going to be additional fees from your broker as well. If you want to have all of these items paid through your AMP account, then you would need to sign up for them through AMP. They will then work with you to get everything setup. You can also pay for the data feed and/or the order routing fees directly to us through your account with us. It is up to you. If you pay for it through us in which case you just need to go through the setup on our website. We can point you to the instructions if you need them.
