Hello. I was informed about this software from my younger brother Jay, who had a trial with you. We both live in the same home. I am Julius, I just tried to load up Sierra Charts and it I did the add usage credit, however his trial has expired and I'm not sure if you apply trials by IP. If that is the case, then it is assuming I am also him. When infact we just live at the same house, connected to the same static router. Can this please be addressed? I'm sure it's a common issue, seems unfair especially when I have not ever used Sierra Charts. |
