Hi, I set up my account through amp and have never set the service options myself. I'm not sure what I was signed up for previously. I want to trade the ES and MES with tt-fix. What is the difference between Denali Data Feed for Order routing service and Denali Data Feed for all services? Which do I need for my situation? What other charges can I expect in addition to these? |

I was told originally by support that my account is set-up to pay for everything through my AMP Futures Trading Account. However, it looks like that was a free trial. It is now my responsibility to pay you directly, is that correct?

Your account was originally setup through AMP, but they took you off their internal billing with us on November 30, 2020. We recommend you first ask them why they did this and see if you can get setup through them again.
