he chart is showing that I'm in a trade but I'm not. Just wondering what it going on and how to fix it.

I opened a trading DOM for ESZ20 and there were no open trades

I'm sorry but that does not address my issue. In the sceenshot I sent you there is an arrow pointing to an open position (Trade:4@36...)

I do not have a trade on of that quantity or from that price. Where is it getting this false information from?

That particular line is not showing you the open trade. It is just showing you the current selected quantity and the price level that your pointer is located. Refer to the information in Step #3 of the documentation here (and also the image to the right of it):
